Dennis Hallum, known professionally as Dennis Hopeless and Dennis "Hopeless" Hallum, is a comic book writer from Kansas City, Missouri who has written for Marvel, Image Comics, Dark Horse Comics, BOOM! Studios, Arcana Studio, Oni Press, and more.
While working with Marvel, Hopeless was responsible for many titles that include X-Men, Avengers, Doctor Strange, Spider-Woman, Spider-Man, Darth Vader and more. He is also know for his work on Invader Zim, X-O Manowar, WWE and more.
