#112: Matthew Klein Returns - Crashing Writer

This week on the Capes and Tights Podcast we see the return of Matthew Klein to the show to discuss the comic book industry, the upcoming release of the Crashing trade paperback and more!

Klein is a comic book writer by night and sales manager for the U.S. Comics Market at Penguin Random House where is works with the direct market distribution of Marvel Comics to local comic shops. Prior to joining PRH, Matthew spent three years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Valiant Entertainment.

After starting out as a Retail Associate at Forbidden Planet in Manhattan, Klein joined the Valiant Comics team and traveled to every corner of North America on their behalf. He then became an avid freelancer for creator-owned projects with Z2 Comics before becoming a founding member of Reign or Shine Production and taking up producer/manager duties for 'Don't Sue Us’ - illustrating his true passion for art outside comics!

Matthew Klein joined the Capes and Tights Podcast on Episode 68, along with artist and co-creator Morgan Beem, to discuss Crashing at IDW Publishing. Now, Matthew returns to discuss the upcoming release of the trade paperback.
